If you or your loved ones are facing difficult life circumstances due to the consequences of war or violence, you can seek support. The Mykolaiv Charitable Foundation "Liubystok" provides free assistance to residents of the Voznesensk, Pervomaisk, and Voskresenske communities. The following individuals are eligible for assistance: 👉 Persons affected by human trafficking since February 24, 2022; 👉 Persons affected by exploitation since February 24, 2022; 👉 Persons affected by conflict-related sexual violence since February 24, 2022; 👉 Persons affected by domestic violence who escaped abusive relationships after July 2025; 👉 Persons affected by conflict-related violence since July 2025 (wounds, injuries from shelling, mines, explosions, torture, unlawful detention, death threats, etc.); 👉 Persons whose rights were violated due to the war since July 2025 (forced displacement, evacuation, loss of or lost access to housing/property). Support is also available to individuals who belong to one or more vulnerability categories: internally displaced persons (IDPs), former residents of temporarily occupied territories, people with disabilities or chronic illnesses, families raising children with disabilities, pregnant women without adequate support, elderly individuals, large families, low-income individuals (earning less than UAH 8,000 per month), persons who have lost their ability to work, those not receiving social benefits, or those living in rented housing. 📌 For detailed information and to receive assistance, please contact case manager Dmytro: 📞 095 466 25 03
